My client is seeking Accountant for a south Florida company boasting to be the oldest firm specializing in and managing land acquisition and relocation programs for government and public agencies. Important: Must have strong experience working with DELTEK.



Will be responsible for all day to day operational functions of the company, including the preparation of monthly financial statements, comparative budgets and standard cost deviation reconciliation including: Budgeting and financial analysis, Business plan development and implementation, Banking Relations, Forecasting and Reconciliation, Credit & Collections, Cash Management, Letters of Credit, Financial Operations, Financial Controls, Fixed Asset Systems, Cost Accounting and Operational controls.



The candidate they are seeking is open to change, organized and detail-oriented. They offer beautiful offices in an outstanding work environment, and a salary up to 60K. Relocation is available.
