Deltek Implements Online KnowledgeBase

Here it is at last! Deltek now has a knowledge base for Costpoint where you can search by keyword and lookup articles in a support database. This is a much awaited feature on the website which other user groups websites have partially tried to implement without much success. I had a support issue resolved today... I will be checking to see if it shows up in the knowledge base.

Make sure you email support@deltek.com with your client id and tell them how much you like the idea! We wouldn't want this to disappear like the Deltek Job Board, would we? ;-)
